Add/Change Task Dialog
Used to add a task to a work request or make certain changes to the task. Once a task is saved, it cannot be deleted. If Bentley OpenUtilities Designer is integrated with a work management system, a user's additions and changes will be sent to the WMS for updating.

| Subject |
The work task associated with the current work request. Tasks are established during configuration, usually to support an external work management system. The Task value normally consists of an abbreviation and a brief descriptor. A work request can have multiple tasks. |
| Status | A value indicating the priority or current state of the required action. Status values are configured to match values used by a work management system or to support other business practices (e.g., Complete, Not Required, Required). |
| Remark Description | A text string that makes up the remark. Note: This text pertains to the task and is displayed on the Task page only, not the Remarks page. A remark can be added only if the task has been configured to accommodate remarks. |
| OK | Closes the dialog and saves the new information. Once a task is saved, it cannot be deleted and it is removed from the list of available task for this work request. |
| Cancel | Closes the dialog without saving changes. |
